I thought Id died and gone to Heaven when I heard this. I m such  a fan of Art Garfunkels version of this but you do it great great justice and it was a privelage to listen to. Utterly beautiful and special beyond words. Your voice is perfect for it and you move me in a way Eva cassidy does.

@JediSawyer I'd go along with that. I think if Simon had written those lines as the original lyrics no one would've questioned it. Even changing that one phrase " the Autumn winds blow chilly and cold" into "the Summer breeze blows chilly and cold" would improve it, as in that the winds weren't actually cold, but it seemed that way in the context of the relationship having ended.
