How to play "I don't need no doctor"

Quick run through of this song for some forum friends - sorry my video gets out of sync a bit at the end.

Hopefully it can clear up any questions people have - I've found that the vids already on youtube don't *quite* get it right. Not that I get it right either but... I at least think I'm close :)
