This isn't the windsor. The part where he made the mistake, the windsor would go behind the tie like he did but then back in front of it before looping around the tie. This is also a nice way to tie, though.

Does his collar go with that knot? Shouldn't he have on a "windsor/wide collar shirt" for the double windsor/wide knot? I believe he's wearing a "duke of york collar" which usually goes best with the four in hand knot, or a narrow knot because the collars are close together. I don't know to each is own I guess.
