This has happen to me too. Bloody Chicken. I am still trying to cook a chicken than is not bloody and is also not dry. An with cruispy skin.

@Forsure3333 yeh if you stuff the chicken full it will affect the airflow of the chicken and take much longer to cook and can be dangerous. next time either use less onion or buy onion salt and mix it with some pepper and other herbs under the skin on the actual breast. this will give you the same effect.
