Generally it comes down to what do consumers want between what workers want or what business owners want. The role of government is monitor and moderate the argument/debate.

Other actions that can take place is that is used as a dialogue to allow consumers to bring up new ideas to owners, workers to bring up new ideas to owners, or owners to draw up their own ideas and see how consumers or workers are willing to buy into it.

I have myself created a new means of doing business transactions between employees, employers, and consumers, which I have called Communitism, which is Community-based economics. Sounds like Communism. But it is not the same thing. Communitism is based a triad arrangement of negotiations and compromises made between workers, owners/executives, and consumers. It generally works in the best interest of the consumer, so it doesn't entirely work in a 2/3 deal all the time.

What I don't like about him is that he softens his tone around Obama. Other than that, I commonly agree with him.

The whole talk Republicans keep making about Unions is absolutely absurd and that is the main talking point that Schultz makes. Unions are all powerful and they never were. There are some things wrong with certain unions, but overall they are still better and more human than any corporation.
