poodletoes - you are seeing 40 seconds of 7 days of instruction. They spend most of the time in teaching hands on, but the students like to see auctioneers like Matt selling at full speed. This is a short clip of that on the request of the students. Most of the time is spent with the students selling and the instructors helping them improve their chant. I could see how this brief example might give the wrong impression.
