This year's topic was "Global visions: Are we speaking a common language?".

Panelists right to left:

- Dr. Ursula Plassnik (Austrian Foreign Minister)
- Mr. Peter Sutherland (Chairman of BP)
- Mr. Victor Yong Xu, Tsinghua University, also a student of the Salzburg Academy

Check out FM Plassnik's comment at the end! (you have to raise the volume to hear it)

  • Great Speech!

  • Ladies and gentelmen,

The very soon to be Dr. Dana Janbek, future Jordanian Minister of Information, Education, Foreign Policy, and everything that we want to see working right!!

    Go Canes!

    Rasha Abdulla, Ph.D.

  • Hi Dana

Your speak is amazing and your answer was powerful. I wish the media admit this mistake and concentrate more on healing the wounds instead of complicating them by including the racial and ethnic factors every time.

    Regards

    Hany Jeffry

    whenever wherever adiga for ever

  • I was at the Trilogue and the moderator's comment after Dana spoke drove me crazy. The people who were chosen to participate in that panel have to obviously be knowledgeable about the issues being discussed. I expected nothing less and nothing more than thoughtful answers. But I didn't expect the moderator to not think the same.
