I went to this concert. and I was the one she said Happy Birthday too! I was so exited. and at this song, i was at the stage right beside where she was singing, i almost got her guitar pick!

aww at there's a part in here that sounds like she forgot like 2 words =[ you can hear her pause for a second =[ poor miley, oh well, she's still the greatest singer i've ever heard.

She did not forget any of the words, there were times when she was out of breath and so she had to take a breath and so it may appear as if she forgot the words.
Trust me she did not forget the words. This song was immediately after the finale (she had about 1-2min rest time)
