@supershow87 The time and technique that goes into it makes it even "sillier". You have to be able to take a step back and see how ridiculous it is. Entire lives devoted to making an arbitrarily shaped and weighted object fly as far away from you as possible, while staying in a confined space... ridiculous if you ask me.

Its all intensity. Im a hammer thrower and we yell because it helps the hammer go far in the sence that it builds up and releases adrenaline, kinda like how you would scream doing some heavy weightlifting. difficult wise, it is hard at first but once you get the positions its all strength and speed.
