Yea I've done skin the cat quite a bit. When I do it I try to concentrate on keeping my shoulders retracted to build up the strength in that area. I have a hard time judging my body position when I do tucked levers. What feels like parallel in the air doesn't look even close when I watch it back on video.
skin the cat for this one. Back lever to front lever. Or back lever tucked to front lever tucked or L-sit. Did that yesterday and I feel it in my biceps and shoulder today. This video really explains it good /watch?v=w0IgABHlQ8Q
