  • Ah damn I've got hella small arms lol I'm used to doing 20 normal pushups a day this is gunna make me sore @_@ oh well, worth it =P

  • ive been workin out for about 4 months but i havent had my chest rech my limited yet where i want any advice what i can do to make the better thanks safar

  • @vinsaf23 you need to use the push-ups as an add on to your normal chest routine... begin looking at how much time you spend resting... is the weight you are using causing you to fatigue and almost quit within the last 2-3 reps of your set? ~ahmad

  • @8cali94 only bad if you are too sore and trying to work the healing muscle... normally for me I give it a day or two of rest then hit them hard again...thanks for question...
