Congratulations Warwick Thornton on best film, best director, to both Rowan McNamara (Samson) and Marissa Gibson (Delilah) for best young actors, an achievement which scooped the pool at the Australian Film Institute Awards tonight. I've had this trailer video on my favourites since I first commented here, and am so glad that it continues to introduce such an amazing film to the world. First the Camera D'or at Cannes, now the AFIs, next is the Oscars and I wish it well.
