One of my favorite jazz songs -I'd love to know where you got the score.You are obviously an accomplished pianist. I too ,like the other people posting, would like you to linger on the emotion, make it really lush. It would be great to hear from you why you have chosen a more upbeat interpretation, I'm not saying it doesn't work, and it's such a great song it's always going to sound good.

I see you are a very capable pianist. I think you have to put yourself in the mood of the song. If you're wanting to convince a person that it isnt the pale moon that excites you, and its the nearness of that person, you'd want to deliver that calmly and persuasively. Try it. I agree with ohpuck, hold the pedal on a few of those notes, who knows... you might be very suprised. Keep up the good work

I'm no piano player. I play a bit of guitar. I like this cover but slow down a bit and really let the notes "sound off" a bit more. Just looks like it's missing emotion.
