@agalloch666 Well it depends on how you do it. I mean if you eat high protein vegan foods you will not be deficient in protein obviously. And, if you take b12 from bacterial sources you will not have issues with b12. And, if you take DHA fatty acids from algae then you will not have a deficiency in DHA. There is some benefit to low iron btw, and that is lower risk of certain cancers. Mainly of the digestive tract. Cheers :)

@DoomedSpaceMarine123 Truth mate, my body feels cleaner with no meat intake. My digestive system feels lighter. Other than that, my mind feels pure :)

@THEESiCkPuPpY Im not sure if cows eat any other dead cows but protein is present in vegetables and fruit and nuts. I go gym on daily basis, my muscle is growing, never had a problem with vitamins or proteins at all. Hence meat = muscle =bullshit.

@chicken4247 Maybe YOU should prove what you say? My grandfather ate meat and he died from heart attack. When I ate meat, I had some problems with my heart too, isn't that enough to prove?

@chicken4247 What I know is that you're consuming supplements by eating meat of animals which are fed all kinds of supplements. Nevertheless, most of those supplements are used up by bodies of animals and that explains why meat eaters still get nutrient deficiencies more often than vegans do.

@DoomedSpaceMarine123 then why u talking shit saying that meat causes cancer and heart disease in the 1st place and did you also know that vegitarians are mosty skinnier and malnurished im sure you being a veg do take replacement pills for the nutrients and vitamins that u dont get cuz of not eating meat :) and if you look at your own teeth we all have canines and molars therefore PROVEING that fact that we have evolved to be OMNIVORES.:)

@chicken4247 We don't know what exactly causes cancer and heart diseases, we only know that meat eaters are more likely to die from these diseases. For example, LDL cholesterol is said to cause heart diseases, but I heard that some research shows it doesn't. While this may look like a point against vegans, it actually isn't. It just shows that you meat eaters can't find out why exactly meat causes heart diseases.

If there weren't enough nutrients in plants, then there wouldn't be enough in animals either. Where do animals get nutrients from? :)
Yesterday I went to bed at 1:30 AM. I got up at 7:00 AM. So I slept 5.5 hours. And I felt good. By the way, this isn't the first time. A few weeks ago I slept less than 3 hours once and I still felt good. Some people ignore my arguments that I started feeling better after going vegan and they keep saying that vegan diet is unhealthy.

That's actually very false--people who do not eat meat can get all of the nutrients they need elsewhere.
sure, some vegetarians/vegans aren't healthy, just like plenty of meat-eaters are even more unhealthy...statements like yours will never be 100% true.
