  • T hanks for your comment. Condoms work to protect both parties, whether in heterosexual sex or homosexual sex, whether vaginal or anal, or oral. Until there's a a better barrier method or a vaccine, it's worth it to cover up.

  • Not only are homosexuals - homosexual men in particular - more likely to contract HIV/AIDS, when you compare stats from the CDC it looks like smoking is actually a safer activity than sodomy. Type "What's Worse - Smoking or Sodomy?" into your favorite search engine to read more. According to the CDC, men who have sex with men are diagnosed with HIV at a rate that is "44 times that of other men and more than 40 times that of women."
