@MsProud2b As to swine Jesus said, its not what you eat that contaminates you, it's what comes out of your heart. As to wine its effects are more negative than positive, that's obvious. As to idolatry, idols lead people to follow wrong doctrines, every idol has its word. That's the only reason why it wouldn't be good to do that because our God teaches us morality, while at times other gods teach us evil things. Truth is beautiful isn't it :) To practice it is hard but rewarding.

@GeRzAwN hindu;s got messages and prophets, jews did and christians and muslims did but why make statues of the messengers? thats rong, in every origional book it says no swine no wine no idoltory no adultry get it!

@MsProud2b The Hindu's have a concept like the commandments or mitzvot, called Brahmacharya, which means conduct that leads to God. While abstaining from wine and pork is a conduct that leads to God the best conduct that leads to God is dying to selfish passions. All food is prohibited because of that. You'd be surprised how similar Christianity is with Hinduism, I guess they learned at India or the same God that revealed to the Indians revealed to the Christian Jews.

The New Testament is perhaps the greatest literary masterpiece of all time. It is not a religious book that focuses on rituals but instead it deals with showing man the proper ritual which is dying to selfish passions, the root of all evil, and living a life of service for the good of all.

the new testament proves christianity is fake. what do you do when you tell a lie and people start to question you, you make up another lie that makes your first one credible and appeles to the people dounting ur first lie. pretty much why they wrote the new testiment cuz people started to question the old one

I don't think 'everyone can understand' is entirely correct. Were it so there would not have been 2000 years of conflict over the simple fact of whether he was human, part human, god, part god, or part of a trinity [that no-one seems able to define.
And there would not now be 300 plus churches all claiming that only they are following his true teachings.
