The title says "fundamentals". There's no point throwing 100 different techniques into a video on fundamentals. Freddie understands fundamentals, because he had 150 amateur fights, before he turned pro.

Anytime you put on a pair of boxing gloves and workout it's relevant to boxing. If I hit someone with a punch at an odd angle and end it with a knockout because I train in an unorthodox way, then will it be relevant to boxing? Maybe roach should use more time in these videos teaching his techniques instead of speaking on what others do and telling irrelevant stories.

roach isn't the best trainer when it comes to teaching counter punching and defense but he's an offensive genius
