A post-communion contemplative hymn is sung after receiving Jesus in communion - which is a commemoration of the Last Supper. At communion, we welcome Jesus into our hearts. We adore Him and thank Him for salvation. This video was taped Easter Sunday, March 23, 2008 at Trinity Episcopal Church, Fredonia, N.Y.

  • I know the tune is called ''Neander''

  • and hymn 290 which I forget the name of. It's this tune though and it's not an Easter song!

  • I know the second himn as Hymn 108, Open Now Thy Gates Of Beauty.
