Also as for the picking the higher ground, the top of armored vehicles is also weak, and doesn't have the RPG guard fence (the sides will) but then again, they didnt have rpgs in this so it's irrelevant, but is relevant to the fact they need more realistic training against a competent enemy

As for the soldiers in the strykers... they should of never have of just parked the strykers there after the bomb, should of drove up a little bit or maybe into the woods (if possible) then unload the infantry,

this way the enemy doesn't hold all of the cards, otherwise (in this case) they played in the enemies favor, hence the ambush

look at all of those exposed infantry running on the road Lol

they'd get mowed down by somebody with a brain.

Also if they had RPGs , the rear end of any armored vehicle is usually the weakest, especially when the doors open, but still, they had guns, which will work great where the doors open aswell lol

They opened fire pretty much when the bomb went off, should of waited a few seconds besides giving away their position so early

by waiting they would probably think it was just a bomb on the road and become less alert, as they're exposed

That was a poorly setup of an ambush

1. They picked the wrong side of the woods to be on, the higher you are the more of an advantage you have.... they picked the low side

2. they were deep inside of the woods

3. they should of had 1 guy by where the middle of the convoy would of been aswell as the other guy a little behind where they would of stopped

4. put supressing fire onto the troops that are running out from the back (easier targets when they're coming out of the vehicle)
