One Yixing tea pot per specific tea basically. The reason is the Yixing pot will absorb the flavor as he mentioned. So if you brew even different flavored oolongs, it can ruin other teas. Yixing gets to the point that after brewing one tea in it for a year or so, you can just put in hot water, pour it out, and taste the tea you've been brewing.
