From Saturday at the Milwaukee School of Engineering train show. The Milwaukee Light and Engineering Society (who has its own miniature railroad in Jackson) set up a sample of their handywork around the building. There is a TMER&L duplex interurban car set, Frisco H10-44 (Fairbanks-Morse), Fox River Valley GP9M and Green Bay & Western RS3U and a crazy bicycular locomotive. Enjoy!

  • Depends how big your room is! Thanks for watching!

  • @VilquinProductions

were the locos just plastic or wooden shells or did someone make a proper metal sheet body with metal framework like the replica steam locos we see?

  • @tpvalley Most of them are sheet metal.

good, many scaled diesel outline models are just plastic shells that cost the earth!

I see no reason why the locomotives should not be exactly like the real things apart from engine and traction motors, u could have accurate cab interiors, wheelsets and suspension like the real thing, u could even have a scaled down engine but running on petrol and without turbos etc!

    ...when I win the lottery!

  • I would get an email from the model train people at MSOE like every freaking and I got so sick of them so every time I'd get a new email I'd scream "F%$K TRAINS!!"

    I hate train spam!

  • Indoor's ! COOl !

  • Do you know how to get ahold of the guy that has the FM? I just started 3 set of 3.

  • That was very cool! looked like a lot of fun
