Tractor & Trailer meet Low Bridge

I had just driven through this underpass on my way to pickup daughter at dance in Cleveland, TN. I presume it happened about 8:25 PM since I drove under in the same direction at 8:20 on the way there. And drove back under the low bridge on the way back home at 8:35 approx.

This particular bridge is largely labeled with orange diamond sign saying 10'-10", as well as 3 or so other signs within the 1/2 mile before the bridge. There is also a last minute turn off about 100' before the bridge on the left and right. The tractor made it all the way through the entire low bridge, and the trailer made it about 7/8 the way under, OMG.

that bridge is clearly marked , any trucker with a brain would of avoided it, this guy should not have a cdl license at all ever!!!
