The Hebrew transliteration used and accepted is "machmad" [makh·mäd] מַחְמָד in biblical usage meaning:

• desire, desirable thing, pleasant thing

From the root "chamad" [khä·mad'] חָמַד

• to desire, to covet; to be desirable; to delight greatly.

@GoffaqYossef This was a great test for the people of the book (Jews/Christians), only those that understand true prophethood can understand what that means. Do you simply state the bible (which i have also read) without any reference to the life of Allah's final revelation to mankind.

DOES ANYONE HERE NOT THINK THAT CHRISTIANS AND JEWS WENT TO THE PROPHET AND ASKED THESE QUESTIONS TO HIM?!? GO SEE WHAT THE REPLY WAS AND HOW THEY WERE BAFFLED WITH UNDENIABLE LOGIC AND IRREFUTABLE ARGUMENTS.

Truth has come and Falsehood has vanished. People are not ignorant or stupid, infact it is because of clear truth that people of the previous scriptures deject it. In fact it is because you people know it to be truth, that you reject Prophet Muhammed. He is not a guardian over anyone, just a warner, CONFIRMING what was sent before to previous prophets. Many false prophets did come and came before the final prophet Muhammed may Allah bless him.

It is assumed Song of Solomon 5:16; is Muhammad. How can the angel Gabraiel speak for God in the Bible, and speak differently to Muhammad for many years. Muhammad had no standard to go by.Was the angel a real angel or was he deceived or self deceived? Yet Muhammad told his followers of the words of the angels words, later written into the Koran. It was hear say, no proof, hype until presently. People believe in lies, and not Acts 4:12;.
