good review! great information.

Send that to Gavko for a good sheath haha.

I think you did a great review . $260 that's not bad at all for a Busse .
-
You are absolutely right. How much did it cost you? If it's not a secret.

very good review. I own a steel heart and I paid over $400 for it at a gun show. I got a sheath with it but the edge needed a little bit of sharpening. Keep up the honest reviews. I am enjoying this one so far

Great review bro and thank you for the BLUNT Truth on Busse Knives. You hit really hit home on your 2 negative points. Let's hope Busse start working on sincere customer feedback seriously.

Why don't Busse knives come with sheaths anyway?

Dude this is a negative review i see, u lept bitching that knife is not sharp and doesnt come with a sheath. Order a sheath from bladeforums and u can pay 8$ to get your knife sharp or send it to Busse to make it sharp for you, esse

@theparvu Its a negative review calling it the best knife money can buy? Pretty strange concept you have there on what's negative. It came poorly sharpened? Yes. No sheath? Yes. It's a review, not an ass kissing video.

@TheModernSurvivalist Some Busse knives come sharpened for chopping capabilities, so if you put a 16 degree angle it will split hair but it will dull in a second when chopping. Busse is not the best knife money can buy, its the best all around steel money can buy, the guys Boss jack was 268$ , to you thats alot of money? Busse is selling MOAB for 2300$ , thats an expensive knife , not this boss jack, custom shop Busses are best knives money can buy, all satin finish, different blade variants

@theparvu Well, this knife clearly isnt a chopper with its rather narrow 6" blade.
Besides, Its not the angle, but the poor finish of the sharpening job at that angle. When you can see scratches along the edge line it means it hasn't been finished with a fine enough grit. That is a poor sharpening job. If Cold Steelcan get it right, if a 35 USD Spyderco made in china can have a fine polish edge, I cnat see why that same sharpening job quality cant be achieves here as well.

Busse is not in the business of making sheaths. They are in the business of making KNIVES. I LIKE the fact that I'm not paying for a sheath that I will not use. I have YET to buy a knife that comes with a sheath that I would continue to use everyday. My HK didn't come with a Milt Sparks holster! Why would I want to pay for a sheath I can't use! Wrap the damn paper slip in duct tape if you want to carry! The edge: Hard Use Knife- not a shaving razor.

@willemwallaby
(continued..) There's no excuse for A) Selling it without a sheath B)Not selling the knife razor sharp, yes , even a freaking axe meant for timber can be razor sharp while keeping an utilitarian angle. For your information, hard use doesn't mean crappy mediocre cheapo edge finish.
