Today, May 1, 11, was our second 'measuring session' for Serge. We will try to do so each week, updating the wire tracing of his body shape and keeping a physical record of it on our wall. We were astounded at how much he had already improved!!

  • We are a 501c3 nonprofit charity, so donations to help Serge have the same potential tax breaks as donating to the United Way or any other recognized charity. Donations and more about serge's story can be found on our website at cwer.org

  • Serge was extremely emaciated when he arrived -- body condition score 1.0 per our vet. He had no body fat discernable anywhere on his body. Now, at day 11, we're able to record certain areas of improvement.

  • I sincerely beg your pardon for offering a contribution and then not responding in deed.

Hefty vet bills all of a sudden set me back; next time I'll think before I promise.

Thanks for your good work & keep well
