@TheMadSackboys yeah he sends you to kill bior and he will give you something and he will have you kill ostrava and on and on basically everyone you saved in the worlds that are now in the nexus and like if you already killed ostrava it will skip that part of the quest. and by the look of it you never saved yuria the witch lol...

you can be summoned by the old monk by using any of the stones even the blue eye stone which is the one to help a friendly he can still summon you to help him as a black phantom. and with mephestophelies when you kill yurt he will appear in the nexus with quests when you are in pure black char tendency. you basically do what he commanded yurt to do. which is kill saint urbain and his peeps basically everyone in the nexus and he gives you rewards excluding maiden in black and thomas and blacksmth
