  • Good training technique! Just wish I knew what happened to my clicker, would make this a whole lot easier! Maybe I'll find it...

  • @TallTailsify if you do not have a s handy, you can just as easy use a verbal marker :)

  • Yeah, try it. I used phone books wrapped in Duck tape, they are pretty sturdy.

    Next step is up the wall........phew!

  • Remember to reward little increments of reaching with rear feet for the book. Kay Laurence calls this "Mircro-Shaping". The total time for the whole process was about 12 minutes, but a vidoe that long would have bored everyone. Some dogs may take shorter, some may take longer.

  • Note: at the end he did not want to come off the chair, because "treats happen" when his rear legs are on it. That was soooo funny.
