@nriab23 in addition to what rabidsi said, Proverbs does have a lot of good stuff in it. Off the top of my head, take a look at 3:3, it's simply beautiful.

Learning the bible well is one of the things that led me to atheism.

@nriab23 Atheists have a tendency to know their bibles better than most "True Believers". In many cases (at least in America, given the religious climate) they have themselves noted their study of the bible as why they're atheists in the first place.

So I certainly wouldn't find her knowledge of bible quotes odd... doubly so given the video content.
