If you apply alittle brake while in the air it will bring the nose of the truck down for a more controled landing(instead of flipping over backwards), reving it makes the nose go up, same principal that quads and dirt bikes use to control attitude in the air. works the best if you have the abs option on ur radio.

Use the throttle to keep nose up. Hit the brake to get nose down.

they are for sale on eBay from time to time. A lot of the forums have discussions on how to build your own. Google RC pulling sled.

The known recorded world record is around 500 pounds. That was a truck with something like 48 battery packs and a motor that came out of a washing machine or something heavy duty like that. A Savage or LST needs 2+ HP just to make them zip around with no weight being pulled other than their own. Even geared low they cannot drag that much weight. 1500 pounds is just not realistic. Even 50 pounds is too much for most trucks.

my dad would smoke them in truck pulling with his open 2 class truck, can pull 1500lbs+ those jumps were cool though

I think the world record for R/C pulling is just under 500 pounds. I am assuming you are talking about a real truck and not an R/C truck?
