Yes that's the reason why you can't connect to the Internet. It needs to have your networks internet connection settings installed.

You need to add them here.

Thanks for the quick response, however, I've already gone to 3G and they sent me the (OTA) setting APN and I did the manual setting aswell and I still can't get the phones to work, the only thing I can get to work to Google Map...........

Press Menu > Utilities (3rd tab) > Browser > Settings > Profiles - Ensure your network is highlighted and selected.

Internet is not free on this phone unfortunately as it doesn't have WiFi it uses the 3G network to surf the web.

Cost of internet connection varies depending on your supplier (i.e. Vodafone, O2, Virgin ext)

For instance, my pay-as-you-go sim card is Vodafone, and for internet connection they charge me 50p per day. That's if i use it to just check my mail once a day, or browse all day long.
