BEER AUTOMATIC FILLING LINE - LINEA IMBOTTIGLIAMENTO AUTOMATICO BIRRA

RTC 600 is a compact monobloc for bottling re-fermented still beer. The standard version comprises a bottling
machine with 8 taps, a capping machine for crown caps with automatic distributor and bottle inlet and outlet belt
with speed variator.
The bottling machine implements a rotary gravity system and the tank unit with the taps is adjustable in height
through a handle. The capping machine feeds the caps through a hopper and inserts them in the bottle neck.
The conveying system can hold bottles of various sizes by quickly replacing the start.
All parts in contact with the liquid are made of AISI 304 STAINLESS STEEL and are removable for easy cleaning and
sterilization.
The unit can be combined with an automatic rinsing machine and/or linear automatic capper/labeller.
Hourly production approx. 600 - 0,75l bottles.
COMPACT UNIT EQUIPPED WITH THERMAL HEAD CAPPER OR
ROLLING MACHINE AND 1 OR 2 STATIONS LABELLER - Manual loading of the bottles on the belt, same as capsule loading on capsule dispenser plateau. The belt sends
bottles to the machine where a screw selects and sends them to the next labelling and capsuling stations.
The machine is particularly suitable to be combined with RTC-600 unit for beer bottles with PVC capsules and can be
equipped with thermal transfer lot printer.

RTC 600 è un monoblocco compatto per il riempimento della birra ferma rifermentata in bottiglia.
La versione standard è costituita da una riempitrice con 8 rubinetti, una tappatrice per tappi corona con
distributore automatico e nastro ingresso uscita bottiglie con variatore di velocità.
La riempitrice utilizza un sistema a gravità rotativo ed il gruppo della vasca con i rubinetti è regolabile in altezza
tramite manovella.
La tappatrice alimenta i tappi mediante una tramoggia e li inserisce nel collo delle bottiglie. Il sistema di
convogliamento permette, mediante rapida sostituzione delle stelle, di ospitare bottiglie di vario formato.
Tutte le parti a contatto con il liquido sono in ACCIAIO INOX AISI 304 e smontabili per una semplice pulizia e
sterilizzazione.
Il monoblocco può essere abbinato ad una sciacquatrice automatica e/o capsulatrice/etichettatrice automatica
lineare.
Produzione oraria circa 600 bottiglie da 0,75 Lt.
MONOBLOCCO CON CAPSULATRICE A TESTATA TERMICA O
RULLATRICE CON PLATEAU ED ETICHETTATRICE AD 1 O 2 STAZIONI - Il caricamento delle bottiglie sul nastro di trasporto avviene manualmente, così come il caricamento delle capsule sul
"plateau" del distributore capsule. Il nastro di trasporto invia le bottiglie all'interno della macchina dove una coclea
provvede a selezionarle e ad inviarle alle successive stazioni di capsulatura ed etichettatura.
La macchina è particolarmente indicata per essere abbinata al monoblocco RTC-600 per bottiglie di birra con capsule
PVC e può essere dotata di una stampante per lotto a trasferimento termico.
