Obviously Bulgogi is the most popular and famous dish all around the world. It is beefy, savory, sweet, nutty and satisfying. Even you are on a diet, don't worry!! You can cook Bulgogi with Lean meat or even with chicken breast!! And the soybean paste sauce(Ssam Jang) I show you on this video, it is KILLER!!! You've got to try these bulgogi, soybean paste sauce, easy cucumber kimchi and rice all together as a meal! I hope you like my recipes and enjoy it~!! XOXO~!!!

::::INGREDIENTS::::
For the Meat
1 1/2 lb beef (such as a chuck or sirloin) very thinly cut
4 Tablespoons (1/4 cup) pear juice (Explain about it on the video)
3 to 5 garlic cloves finely chopped (about 2 Tablespoons)
4 Tablespoons (1/4 cup) rice wine
2 Tablespoons mirin
Fresh ground black pepper
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 Tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 medium size onion, 1/4" slice
1 big green onion or 3 to 5 regular green onions, slice in to diagonal angle
# Mix all the ingredients, and mrinade at least 30min to over night. Heat a large size skillet (such as cast iron pan) over hight heat. Add sliced onion in to the meat mixture, give a toss. Cook the meat and onion mixture until you don't see any liquid on the skillet, about 15 min to 20 min. Turn off the heat, add sliced green onion, toss.
For quick & easy cucumber kimchi
1 Enlish cucumber cut into longitudinally half and slice 1/4" thick, diagonal angle
1/2 Tablespoon coarse sea salt
1 Tablespoon Korean red falkes
1 1/2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon fish sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 green onions, thinly slice diagonal angle
1/8 onion, very thinly slice
# Mix cucumber and salt, set aside for 5 to 10 min. Rince twice, drain very well and tap with paper towel for get all the extra water. Mix vinegar, fish sauce, sugar, garlic to make sauce. Put sauce in to cucumber, add green onion and onion and toss.
For Soybean Paste Sauce
3 Tablespoons Ssamjang (Or Mix with 2Tb regular soybean paste, 1Tb gochujang, 1Tb sugar) *Explain on the video*
1 serrano pepper, chopped
3 skinny green onions (around 3 Tablespoons)
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 Tablespoons sesame oil
# Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
If you choose to eat the bulgogi just with the rice, do you put the sauce on the bulgogi or just eat it plain? Also, can you add other veggies to the bulgogi like bell peppers, etc? :)

@rockerchic27 It's your choice to eat with sauce or not, in my case I don't. I eat with kimchi. You can add any kind of vegetables you like. Just remember if you add too strong flavor vegetables, it might not as good.

@seonkyoung83 Ooh okay. I think I will eat it with Kimchi too. :) Ooh okay. What do you consider really strong veggies? I was thinking of adding onions, green onion, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Would that be okay?

Very nice presentation of the different ways to serve bulgogi. You guys need to get an HD recorder so we can really see the food and Seonkyoungi's facial expressions!
