missed ya! you look great! hope to see more of you on here but i understanding being really busy...whew....i can relate. hoping for the brachiplasty myself this winter sometime. i was hoping to have it in October but it's not worked out that way. this last 20 i wanted to lose is not coming off at the same pace the first 85ish did - but i've had a bad sweet tooth lately, that didn't help. keep in touch and good luck on future success!! i am on facebook april seemego

I too have the vit D deficiency...the extra fat stores we have inhibits our ability. I take a weekly supplement. I'm down approx 102lbs and I am having abdominoplasty in three weeks and I need my arms down but, I'm waiting and doing the shake weight ( don't laugh) but, I think it's helping. Hugs and so happy to see you back here making vids :)

I dont know about the plastic surgens in the states but here in canada they dont like doing skin reduction from weight loss until two years after the start of the weight loss.
