Employment equity is not fair at all. It does not make it a fair process for everyone, just members of visual minorities, aboriginals, and disabled persons. That is racist. They should just say open to everyone except caucasians. It TOTALLY discriminates against people are me and prevent me from competing for jobs based on the color of my skin, even though I may be the best person for the job. Its WRONG!!!!

Oh ya.... employment equity is really fair.... pause not. I hate this country. I'm trying to apply for a federal job, and every time I find a job I'd like to apply for, I see its open to members of EE groups only. Being a caucasian male, that means I'm fucked. How racist is that? I can't get a federal job because I white and that is just wrong. Can you imagine if they posted a job saying it was open to white people only? The shit would hit the ceiling and everyone would be in an uproar.
