  • Hey, i just bought a Ruby pedal and it sounds nothing like this video. the sustain is very short and the volume drop of the pedal is huge. Is this normal? what can i do to get a sound like this video?

  • @alonsoroman91 @alonsoroman91 sound and increase the volume. Is the unit new or second hand? Please email us at the email address above and we can advise how best to proceed.

  • Hi! one question, can i remove the batery and only use teh pedal with a 9 volt adapter?? or nor?? thanks, please answer me, i want to buy these pedal, but i want to know that before! thanks, Great demo!

  • @diegocalderon1289 - The pedal is designed to work wit the battery always connected. However - you can permanently run it from a 9volt adapter (with the battery connected) with no problems.

  • I like the unique tone from all your pedals, including the 7 sisters series. I couldn't really hear any in the video but is there any noise/feedback from the pedal when not playing?

  • this pedal sounds NOTHING like the real deal "Incense and Peppermints" fuzz (Mosrite Fuzzrite, purportedly). The Peppermint Fuzz is lacking also. When is somone going to produce a pedal that attains that good a sound that isn't marketed by price gouging greedmerchants? There are a few good clones of Burns Buzzarounds,, but they're sickeningly overpriced. The market NEEDS a FOR REAL sounding and REASONABLY PRICED update of The Mosrite and Burns pedals. The ONLY fairpriced is Wattson'sSuperfuzz .

  • @diegocalderon1289 I'm also curious if this is possible.
