well said about forgetting the past. but #1: FOCUS ON THE NEXT PITCH & THE NEXT PITCH ONLY. players get lost when thinking about things other than the specific task at hand: THE NEXT PITCH is the only thing you have control over.

Great video man! Just missed the cut on the AAA team I was trying out for, I was literally one spot away from playing in the 16-18 year old category as a 16 year old, because a guy from across the city managed to get the spot. Played against him last year and no doubt he's a quality ball player, but I just wanted to say that the moving forward quote was really relevant to my situation and has helped motivate me to continue moving forward towards next year!
