Do I need bring all my ex-wife papers ( like birth certificate, passport, marriage license... something about my ex-wife) and 3 latest years of tax when i go to interview for naturalization?
i came to usa when i had 25 years old and i did not register to selective service system now i have 29 yrs and i wanna applay for american citizen but i heard that i wont pass cause of that does any body know what can i do plzzzz
i had an apoitment at phoenix az immigration ofice, i asked them a bout aplication for disibelity wavaer files, they told me , we dont have

@jet8082 i dont think so. i'm pretty much in the same boat as you right now and waiting on the interview part.
it's not like when you were appying for a green card and they needed to see proof and such.

If you are over age 31 (or 29, if applying based on marriage to a U.S. citizen): you
can probably still apply to naturalize without explaining why you didn’t register,
as long as you didn’t do anything in the past five (or three if applying based on
marriage to a U.S. citizen) years that affects your good moral character (such as a
crime, not paying child support, etc.).
