loved the egg tips. I love boiled eggs, but I don't like to peel them. I tried the salt in the water, and the eggs peeled so easily. Another tip- when boiling eggs, bring the salted water to a hard boil. Turn off stove cover pot. let eggs set in boiling water about 10 to 15 min. (depending how done you like the yokes). Peel and eat This will help to get rid of that green circle surrounding the yoke. keep the great tips comming

How about showing some alternative methods to an egg in your recipes? Thanks!
in your recipe of jalebi pudding, you've used egg! the recipe looks fascinating but isn't there any substitute of egg??
i belive it adds a little cheesecake or jelly kind of wobble to it. right? so if i use gelatine or something??

We would probably compare the texture to flan more than cheesecake. We haven't tried it with anything other than eggs. Sorry. If you do try it with gelatin, we'd love to hear your feedback.

how do u know if the egg has cooked welll(not liquid stuff inside anymore)when u boil it?

If it wobbles when you spin it, it is still raw on the inside. If it is fully cooked, it will spin and not wobble.
