Red Cross Responds to a 6-Alarm Apartment Fire in Dallas, Texas

This is a behind the scenes look at the American Red Cross response to a 6-Alarm apartment fire in Dallas, Texas. 24 units were destroyed, leaving 48 people with nowhere to go. The American Red Cross arrived on the site and provided each person with a safe place to stay and the means to purchase things like new clothing, shoes and groceries. The Dallas Area Chapter helps three families every day who lose their homes to fire.
