Tico in Driver Parallel Lines

Tico (a character from Driv3r) has been placed in Parallel Lines as a pedestrian. It seems that Reflections took the lazy train and put Tico into Parallel Lines. He is found in the 2006 era. Since PrintScreen does not work in DPL, I had to create a video. I originally just wanted to make a picture to post on the Driver Madnesss forums, but that wouldn't work. I wanted to prove to them that Tico is in DPL.

the pc version is unfair because on the ps2 version the guns are lower quailty, but any way great, is tico that guy in the second mission? Mabey you should put up a picture of him to compare it with the video.
