mimatar require lots of skills. You need both shield and armor tank plus guns and missles

I'm a Gallente pilot and still tryin' to decide whether to crosstrain Minmatar or Amarr. Both look pretty cool. I'm kinda partial to minmatar and I even heard they might even be getting a buff soon. Is that right?
