She also needs to get her hair out of face and stop slinging it around. For pete's sake, tie it back. Isn't the cat hair enough, she's gotta add her hair too. Yuk.

I can't believe she aired this after the cat jumped on the butcher block AND the kitchen counter. I agree with sabs9962. I dont care how good she may cook, I would not eat anything that came from her kitchen. I myself, don't like animal hair in my food. She talks about the spinach being pre-washed, covering the ricotta so it "stays clean" but lets the cat on the counter and butcher block. I love cats, but that would be one dead cat!!
Maria, this was captivating, very expertly edited into the various stages too. Please advise, how do you eat this sort of fabulous hi-carb food and still retain your wonderful figure? It's about portion size, right?

Portion size - yes!!! also, regular exercise, which I hate. I run 3 times a week 3-5 miles a shot, boring, no fun but very efficient at calorie burning

From London - yummy, authentic! Having visited Rome from London probably 7 or 8 times a year for the last 20 years, this recipe is very close to the real thing. I've visited America a few times, I find a lot of the American Italian dishes a lot different from Italy. A lot of Italians eat pasta without or with little sauce whilst in London or New York its pasta with lots of sauce! I love this lady, a great cook and a great mentor for Italian food outside Italy - thank you.
