  • Gosh! I live in DURBAN the place where bunny chows originated, and quite frankly, this curry looks frightfully complicated. Bunny chows are made with either beef, lamb, vegetable or just beans curry, which is then spooned into the hollowed out bread & the removed centre placed on top of the curry. It is normally served with a tiny plastic bag containing grated carrot, raw chopped onion & finely chopped green chillies.

    YUMMY! Keep the curry simple and I don't recommend deep frying the onions.
