@triplerdad As a Leaf fan it sure was hard to take. I'm not much of a conspiracy theorist, but this was the true beginning of the NHL's big push into the southern US in earnest, whether they like hockey or not. A Montreal / Toronto final would have been a disastor for the league, but Gretzky in LA vs. the team with the most cups. That's a dream. The refs had no problem kicking Andreychuk out earlier in the series. You cannot convince me that none of the four officials saw the stick.
