if you would like to do something to help then please consider making a donation to a reputable charity, it may seem harsh, but i am not a supporter of giving handouts to people in the street, not only is this a short term fix (the pun being very intentional), but i have known way too many fake "beggars" to ever be able to trust that a handout is going to help someone who is genuinely in need of help.. charities try to find long term solutions to peoples needs, and animals too of course, your donation could make sure that their work carries on...
