Master Michael practicing a Spring Forest Qigong active exercise, "The Harmony of the Universe" at Panther Meadows on Mount Shasta in California August 2008. The sound is of the natural spring that flows thru most of the meadow. When we practice this movement from a place of:
Love, Kindness, and Forgiveness we can expect to open blockages and heal the body. Used to balance the energy in the left brain and right brain and to advance your spiritual energy to a higher level.
Prior to starting the movement, say in your mind: I am in the universe, The universe is in my body, The universe and I are one. Then wearing a smile on your face, begin. Men, end as shown in the video. Women end with right hand in, left hand out. Enjoy!
Always with love,
Michael

  • a) why is he wearing a watch? b) why is he not on solid flat ground? c) why are his legs locked and not slightly bent? All of these affect the proper flow of chi. One can go through all the motions, but thats all they'll be - sorry.

With Spring Forest Qigong there is no wrong way. We look at our practice as Good, Better, and Best. Try to observe the beauty and the blessed energy of the location, and I hope one day you get to visit Mt. Shasta and expereince it in person.

    Thank you for your comment!

    Always with love,

    Michael
