She sounded a mess her voice is strong but its always all over the place and it makes it sound just messy.

SHE OWES RANDY JACKSON!!!....man if it wasnt for him she would have been sent packing before the competition even started......im sure she would have still eventually made it but it got a little easier from the exposure that American Idol gave her....

This is a really hard song to sing. Her talent was obvious even then. But Simon couldn't see through her bad hair and unflattering clothes.
