this is a replica, phase actually made some original phase 5's back in the day.. can tell by the use of fair-lane front guards..

beautiful looking car but was never a factory release which sort of gives the xy phase 3 and the xa phase four a bad name, because these was just afermarket kits made by a company called phase autos and had was really a 5.8 fairmont ghia or a esp
