al menos aca por Tampico el mole lo servimos con arroz y ensalada de lechuga con su tomate y cebolla y aguacate... asi que esta forma de servirlo no me espanta... solo tal vez la crema no tenga mucho que ver pero pues como quiera a de saber bueno... y me da gusto ver como les gusta a los gringos gringos la comida mexicana, mejor que las hamburgesas de MD :) y ver que son muy bastos con las porciones.. bien por el Don.. :D

Mexicans in Mexico do not really use flour tortillas they use corn so burritos are not there radar. But Millions of Mexicans in California eat burritos on a daily basis. So depends on what Mexicans you talk to.

Its liek Italians in Italy dont eat the same style Italian food as Italians in Jersey!

Yeah Mission/Norcal burritos are just that from Northern Cali. Actually Burritos in Mexico are very rare because flour tortillas are not eaten very much in Mexico.

Its is more of a California thing which is not a bad thing because Cali Mexican food is awesome.

Im pretty sure Cali Mexican food is just as big as authentic Mexican food.
