Steve is one of my new heroes. I love the Zoom Q3 as well. The video quality sucks and the lens is too long to get good shots easily, but the audio quality and ease of use are amazing.

I agree about Steve Smith's left hand....I am constantly amazed at his control, finnesse, speed and power in his LH. I wish I could say the same for my technique!
